At the beginning of March, over 30 Bernard Betel Centre members returned safely and healthy from a 2-week South American cruise aboard the Celebrity Eclipse. The cruise began in Buenos Aires, Argentina and visited various spots in Brazil and Uruguay including Sao Paulo, Buzios, Rio De Janeiro and Montevideo. One of the many highlights of the trip was taking in the spectacle of the Rio Carnival in Rio De Janeiro in Brazil. Here’s what one of our travellers had to say about the trip:
“The cruise was great, the food was good, and the company was good. The spirit of the Carnival in Rio and attending the Carnival was a once in a lifetime experience. We really enjoyed our days in Buzios, Sao Paulo and Punta Del Este. Everywhere we went in South America was spectacular, but Buzios stood out. It was our second trip with Betel and we would definitely consider travelling with Betel again in the future. We have made some lovely new friends and look forward to getting together with them.”
