March is Nutrition Month! Healthy eating looks different for everyone. For Nutrition Month 2021 explore how your culture, food traditions, personal circumstances and nutritional needs all contribute to what healthy looks like for you.
Throughout the month of March, join the Bernard Betel Centre for a variety of food an nutrition programs! Join us every Wednesday from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm for Cooking Club where a variety of home chefs discuss cooking, recipes, healthy eating and have some fun in the kitchen! On Tuesday, March 16 from 10:30 am – 11:30 am, join us for Nutrition with the University of Toronto and learn more about the science behind nutrition with Sarah Jarvis, Graduate Student, Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Toronto. On Tuesday, March 30 from 10:30 am – 11:30 am, join Maria Lindgren for Eating on a Budget where we will discuss eating, cooking and shopping on a budget! All programs are hosted on Zoom and are FREE of charge!
