This week we are celebrating the +18,000 plus social workers in the province of Ontario. Everyday, social workers can be found in all sorts of unique professional settings – from schools, to mental health services, to hospitals and community centres! Social workers help thousands of Ontarians overcome challenges, amplify their voices, and advocate for social change. We thank all the social workers who have played an unacknowledged, yet pivotal role, in the response to the COVID-19 pandemic! Thank you for being on the frontlines in our communities!
