Fitness & Dance

Stay active with us! We offer programs for all levels and abilities including yoga and stretching classes; Zumba and dance classes; core and strengthening classes; low impact, osteofit classes; and more! There really is something for everyone. Our instructors speak many different languages including English, Russian and Spanish.
